Education Qualification :

  • BE/ B.Tech 
  • PGPM/ MBA - Marketing& Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Business Development in Automotive Logistics Domain – Warehousing / Multi-Modal Transportation/ Processing/ EXIM / Spare Parts Distribution
  • Market Research, Analysis and Intelligence
  • Preparation of Business Plan/Strategy/Revenue & Net Revenue Plan/Progress Reporting
  • Achieves Approved Business Plan/Net Revenue Targets / New Customers Addition
  • Evaluates and Achieves – Customer Satisfaction on Deliverables/Communication/Innovations
  • Learning & Development of Reporting Team(s).
  • Handling of RFI/RFQ Processes, Techno-Commercial Negotiations
  • Customer Support and Account Handling, Contract Renewals
  • Leading, Administrating reporting teams, coordination with intra/inter dept. functions.

Preffered Experience Highlights :

This position will work as part of MARKETING & SALES dept. of AUTO LOGISTICS business vertical. Specifically, this position will be responsible to plan/manage/executive/Support Business Development and Customer Support strategies of the Company. 

In addition, this role will manage Business Planning, Budgeting, Sustainability, Relationship Management functions, and shall coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance & Accounts, Legal & Admin for related functional support and shall capitalize on group competencies in CFS, Warehousing, Multi-Modal Transportation and Logistics Park Management and shall coordinate with other group companies. The incumbent will identify talent, groom them through hand holding, collaborative learning & development and Performance Management initiatives of fellow team members.

The areas of focus are, but not limited to, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT in AUTO LOGISTICS, MARKETRESEARCH & ANALYSIS, CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS & EXECUTION, CUSTOMER PROSPECTING & SUPPORT, EXPLORATION OF NEW BUSINESS AVENUES in INBOUND, OUTBOUND, EXIM, SPARE PARTS DISTRIBUTION and PRE/POST PRODUCTION PROCESSES.
