About Company :

The company began commercial operations in Nhava Sheva in 2005. It now owns and manages Container Freight Stations (CFSs) in Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Hazira, and Chennai. It has its own Multi-Modal Rail Linked Logistics Park at Palwal, which is close to Delhi. It is also present in all major Indian ports. The company delivers additional value added services by providing first and last mile road connectivity from/to the customer's door. It is one of the few private companies with a pan-India licence for container train operations. In April 2007, the company also began rail operations.

Any Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Liaisoning with government agencies such as DC office, Police, Pollution Control Board, etc
  • Terminal transportation management
  • HR Management related to attendance, leave records, roasters
  • Vendors Statutory Compliances with respect to labor laws
  • Representing in organization’s legal cases
  • Asset Management
  • Procurement of stationery and pantry items.
  • Overseeing day to day terminal requirements w.r.t managing supplies, equipment records, to ensure smooth functioning of terminal.
  • Planning and executing terminal events, meetings, conferences, accommodation for visitors.
  • Maintaining the horticulture inside the terminal.
  • Canteen Management to ensure supply of healthy and hygienic food.
  • Preparation of note of approvals and purchase orders for CAPEX.
  • Timely disposal of scraps such as used furniture, old and unserviceable equipment of project and maintenance.
  • Managing the security requirement of the terminal
  • Managing housekeeping of the terminal

Competencies :

  • Liasioning with vendors/govt. agencies
  • Office administration

 

 

Preffered Experience Highlights :

Candidate from Logistics industry will be preferred.
